About Me
I began my musical journey as a percussionist, developing a strong foundation in groove-oriented and rhythmically driven music. Over the years, I have performed as a drummer in a wide range of ensembles and genres, cultivating versatility and adaptability as a musician.
My studies and creative experiences in Rochester, NY further expanded my artistic perspective, leading me to compose and write my own original works. Now based in New York City, I am dedicated to advancing my artistic practice by expanding my instrumental mastery, exploring new rhythmic structures and pushing the boundaries of contemporary music-making.

My Bands！
As a drummer, I began my musical journey playing in bands. I personally believe that bands is the best kind of way to enjoy music - people getting along with fellow musicians, sharing their passion and craftsmenship in shared music.
Here are some of the bands I have played in and currently in:
THE LET-OUT OUTLET 杂货超市
SHANGHAI, CHINA
The Let-out Outlet is formed in 2023, with a group of best talents I've ever met in highschool. We debuted on the KK music festival in Shanghai, one of the most renowned student music festivals in Shanghai, performing to a crowd of 1,000 and gained enormous recognition professionally. We now have couple of original songs, performing every summer in the Delta area.
SILK ROAD SOUNDWAVE
ROCHESTER, NY
Silk Road Soundwave is the first ever Chinese band club founded by me and my friends, at the University of Rochester.
We aim to capture the sounds from talented Chinese musicians on campus and providing a platform for them to spread the Chinese music scene to the entire school. We host 2 concerts per semester, and now have 7 bands and keep expanding.
The MUBG Funk
New York, NY
Among the arrival to NYC, I have formed a jam-funk group with talented musicians in the Music Bussiness program at NYU. We jam and rehearse weekly on jazz/funk material, and is open to performances by request.
